More games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (with a twist)?
Hi
So my older brother wants me to get him some First Person Shooter games that he would enjoy.
He played COD:MW2 and wanted something similar, so I just got him Modern Warfare 1.
I’m looking for more games like that. He has a laptop about 3 years old, RAM and Graphics Card are not too high, so any game with system reqs higher than COD:MW2 is not an option.
Details:
He doesn’t want any alien-shooting games (also no sci-fi or futuristic games). So Halo and Half-Life won’t do. He’s more into army and soldier games. But he doesn’t want to be in a squad like in MW. He prefers the game to be set in the present, but he might be on board with a WWII type game. nothing too ancient though.
Basically a game where he’s in modern times, who shoots other people, preferably alone. Note that it doesn’t have to be soldiers or armies, just human. (he’s a dentist, just FYI)
P.S. he also played & enjoyed Sniper Elite a couple of years ago.
There is all kinds of games where you can shoot people, maybe even free roam with it being first person! There is Borderlands, Far Cry 2, Call of Duty Classic (Even though its not modern times, it still kicks ass even if you don’t have a high graphics card) Theres also Sniper Ghost Warrior!
