Aliens From Outer Space

Why doesnt aliens from outer space allow us to know they exist?
Is it because we havent evolved enough yet? They live to 4000 years old and we only live to 80 years old. They dont forget their past lifes like we do. You think when we evolve they will show themselves to us?
What makes you think they exist in the first place? Do you have any scientific proof of alien life that is intelligent enough to traverse the stars exists?
If such a race existed, why would they bother with us? We’re not nearly interesting enough to observe, since we’re still in the phase of “killing each other off faster than making scientific progress over little chunks of land”. We’re also not a threat to any such a civilization.
Think of it like this. You’re on an atv in the forrest. You stop for a moment to rest. As you sit down, you see a line of ants going from one log to another. They don’t notice you, but clearly, you’ve spotted them.
What do you do? They pose no threat, and they aren’t going to understand you if you chose to enlighten them and have them make little ant atv’s out of metal. So why bother doing anything? Most people will sit there, stare at them for a moment, then get back on their atv when they’re done resting.
ALIENS from OUTER SPACE. Now that you’ve been briefed, go kill them.
